Pedicure / Manicure

Mani-Pedicure no longer once in a while luxury spa service. They are grooming essential for both men and women. It is imperative that we have clean nails, which are removed from splits, dead cells, cuticles etc. They give you great skin for your hands and feet along with healthy and shapely nails.

Skin Care Tips

  • Tip 1: Take 1 tbsp of un-boiled milk, dip a small pad of cotton wool in this and rub on the face gently. Use circular movements, use upward strokes on the neck area. Leave this on for 15 minutes. Wash with cold water.
  • Tip 2: Take a thick slice of cucumber. Don’t peel the slice, rub in a circular motion all over the face and neck areas. Wash after 15 minutes.
  • Tip 3: Have a tomato, gently rub over face and neck and wash after 15 minutes.
  • Tip 4: Take the half of a lime peel, from which the juice has been extracted, rub this firmly on the face and the neck. Using a Scrub-(once in 3-4 days).
  • After washing off the milk or juice – take a tsp of oat bran or wheat husk or gram flour (besan). Make a paste with a few drops of water and rub the face and neck gently with this. This sloughs away the dead cells and gives the face a glow. Don’t use soap, just splash on cold water that will act as an astringent and close the pores.
  • Tip 5: Use green gram powder or rice flour mixed with curds instead.
  • Oily Skin: If the face is oily, after a bath as a base for make-up use some diluted limejuice to dab on before application of foundation or any other make-up.
  • Tip 6: Diluted buttermilk dabbed on the face and left for 15 minutes, gently wipe with moist cotton wool before applying make-up.
  • Tip 7: Rub the face well with an ice cube.
  • Tip 8: Slice an Apple into thin slices. Place these on the face and leave for 15 minutes. These soak up the extra oil and helps to close pores.

Nail Care Tips

  • Tip 1: Cut Your Nails After Your Shower or Bath -
  • When you need to trim your nails, it’s best to do it after they’ve been soaking for some time. They are more pliable and easy to trim without cracking. You don’t need to specifically soak the nails if you don’t have time, just cut them right after your shower or bath. They’ll be perfectly ready to cut.
  • Tip 2: Push Back Cuticles -
  • And when you’re done clipping your nails, use a cuticle stick and give your cuticles a gentle push back. (Push, not cut.) This shouldn’t hurt at all. If your cuticles are try and cracking, skip pushing them back and put a dab of cuticle oil on them every day after your shower and they’ll be healed in no time.
  • Tip 3: Wear Clear Polish -
  • Nothing looks worse than chipped polish but everyone knows that a manicure doesn’t last. Using clear polish gives your nails a smooth, shiny finish and even if it does start chipping, no one will be able to tell. A good choice would be a nail hardening polish, which if applied daily will harden your natural nail. We recommend you take your polish off once a week and give your nails a day break from polish. But during the week, if you notice some peeling, go ahead and reapply right over the peeling. Doing this once or twice won’t be noticeable.
  • Tip 4: Nail Starting to Peel? Enter in Your Jeans
  • If you notice that your nail is starting to break or peel mid-day, try filing it a bit on your jeans. No, it’s not comparable to using a file, but you’ll soften the edges enough to keep the breaking at a minimum until you can take care of it at home with your file.
  • Tip 5: Moisturize Your Nails
  • Your nails will get dehydrated just like your skin, especially if you’re using nail polish remover on them on a regular basis. When you’re putting on your body or face moisturizer, add a bit on to your nails, too!

  • Biotin is called as the H vitamin and also ‘hair growth’ vitamin by people around the world is the one the 12 of the Vitamin B family. We like to also call it our favorite of all the hair growth vitamins. It repairs brittle hair and improves the health and texture of the hair. Biotin is known to work wonders on hair volume and thickness. It aids in the production of fatty acids within the cells, the growth of cells, and many other important processes that involve amino acids and fats. Amino acids as we know are the building blocks of proteins. Plus it plays an important role in the process of glucogenesis too.
